Hi, I'm Nikki - founder of Profit Design Co.
I scaled my own sustainable ecommerce brand to seven figures and earned B Corp's Best for the World: Environment award in 2019. After nearly a decade co-founding and building a conscious ecommerce brand, I've experienced the highs, lows, and everything in between...
We invested hundreds of thousands of dollars to learn everything we could about marketing, between our own ad spend, agencies, courses, accelerators, and the like.
Chased ad performance like our lives depended on it - because it genuinely felt like they did.
We were constantly testing different ways to entertain and engage audiences - often above KPI and still, cashflow was always tight.
We worked six to seven days a week under a constant state of urgency, cortisol levels at an all-time-high.
One late night at the warehouse, combing over every last expense and every last dollar of income...
Something clicked.
