Profit Design Co. ("we", "us") is a marketing and retention consultancy founded by Nikki Kozlowski. This page explains what personal information we collect through profitdesignco.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email hello@profitdesignco.com.

• Information you give us. Your name, email address, company, and any notes you share when you book a call, email us, or subscribe to updates.
• Scheduling information. Calls are booked through Calendly. When you schedule, Calendly collects your name, email, time zone, and any answers to booking questions and shares them with us.
• Usage information. Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and pages viewed, collected via server logs and analytics.

• To respond to enquiries, schedule and conduct consultations, and deliver client engagements.
• To send information you requested, including updates you opted into (unsubscribe any time).
• To operate, secure, and improve the website and our services.
• To meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

The site may use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality and aggregate analytics. Embedded third-party tools (such as the Calendly scheduling widget) may set their own cookies.
